Partner Relationship Manager

Summary

Join Koala Health, a company focused on simplifying pet health management, as a Partner Relationship Manager. You will manage the B2B channel, working with veterinary practices to enable and improve their home delivery pharmacy solution. This role involves managing the sales cycle, identifying customer needs, staying updated on industry trends, and providing excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the animal health industry, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred
• 3+ years of sales experience or B2B sales experience, preferably in the Animal Health Industry
• Experience working in Veterinary/Pet care
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales cycle with veterinary practices from lead generation and cold-call outreach, to demo and clinic close and through clinic onboarding
• Proactively identify solutions to pain points and needs our potential customers have regarding the value of Koala’s unique service
• Remain current on industry trends and evolving needs of the animal health community
• Provide a best-in-class experience for our prospects, including proactive communications and consistent follow up and follow through
• Understand that each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to create a delightful experience
