Summary

Glean is seeking a Partner Solution Architect to join their rapidly expanding startup. The role involves acting as the primary technical advisor to partners, onboarding new data sources, building custom connectors, and implementing custom integrations of Glean into partners' customers’ work environments. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, communication, project planning, self-motivation, detail-orientation, and technical skills in software development, API and custom data integration, networking, and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Interpersonal skills: Communication, Project planning, Self-motivated, Detail-oriented, Data-driven
• Technical skills: Software development experience in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go, API and custom data integration experience, Technical debugging, Networking expertise, Experience in at least two of the following disciplines: Software Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Post-Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Support Engineering, Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least three years of industry experience, or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent with at least one year of industry experience

• For California based applicants: The standard base salary range for this position is $140,000 - 240,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
