Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills to provide responsive support and effective solutions to partner escalations
  • Proficient in collecting and analyzing partner feedback to enhance the referral process and partner experience
  • Ability to utilize new technology to streamline processes and drive referral growth
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for clear and persuasive interactions with partners
  • 3+ years of experience in client success, business development, sales, marketing, or program/operations role with a client or partner
  • Demonstrated success in executing campaigns to achieve business goals
  • Experience leading trainings, webinars, or giving presentations in a virtual environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau or similar software
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a high-growth environment
  • High level of organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic outbound outreach via phone, SMS, and email to key partners and actively engage referrers throughout their lifecycle
  • Coordinate activities for value-based pilot programs for Key Accounts, driving referral growth and overall partner success
  • Lead virtual presentations and training webinars for partners, ensuring a consistent and impactful communication strategy
  • Provide responsive support and solutions to partner escalations, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills
  • Collect partner feedback and surface themes and insights with the team to continually enhance the partner experience and referral processes
  • Process new patient referrals and create or update new patient accounts as needed
  • Learn and utilize new technology to optimize processes and systems as we scale to meet growing demand
  • Contribute to the team training guides and process documentation for internal audiences
