Summary
Join Xray as a Partner Success Manager and build strong relationships with partners, ensuring their success and driving mutual growth. Collaborate closely with partners to understand their needs, provide guidance, and deliver exceptional service. Foster long-term partnerships, increase partner satisfaction, and drive adoption and revenue growth. Identify and recruit new partners, reactivate inactive ones, and retain existing ones. Serve as the main point of contact for partners, aligning Xray's capabilities to meet their needs. Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, ensuring partners have access to necessary resources. Track partner performance metrics and provide insights to drive growth. Collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, or account management roles in the software industry
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong business acumen
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new partners within Xrayโs ideal partner profile
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Xray partners, including software vendors, resellers, and consultants
- Reactivate inactive Xray partners and drive retention of existing ones
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, understanding their business objectives and aligning Xray's capabilities to meet their needs
- Conduct regular partner meetings, providing updates, sharing best practices, and addressing any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans that drive partner success and revenue growth
- Ensure partners have access to the necessary resources, such as sales enablement and training materials, and promote Xrayโs partner certification
- Develop strategies and initiatives to increase Xray usage and expand customer accounts through partners
- Track partner performance metrics, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and partner margins, and provide insights and recommendations to drive growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new partner opportunities
- Work closely with Xrayโs customer success and support teams to resolve partner-related issues promptly and effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Xray or similar test management software is preferred
