Partner Support Manager

Join Quandoo's Global Partner Support team as a Partner Support Manager! You'll be the primary contact for restaurants and guests, addressing their inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. This role involves collaborating with internal departments and maintaining the customer database (Salesforce). Fluency in German and English is essential, with additional language skills a plus. Requirements

• Speak German (fluently) and English (fluently)

Responsibilities

• Be the contact person for our restaurants and guests and support them with their questions and concerns (by phone, email and live chat)
• Actively work on partner support topics in Finland and in our other markets if you speak another language
• As a customer service representative, form an interface between various internal departments, restaurant partners and the field service
• Maintain the internal customer database (Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications

Have some professional experience in the areas of existing customer service, hotel or catering
