Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or supplier relationship management
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing strategic supplier agreements
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • A strategic, analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience managing international supplier relationships is mandatory
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers that align with our strategic objectives
  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers to ensure long-term value creation and mutual growth
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including pricing, terms, return policies, and long-term collaboration frameworks
  • Continuously monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to agreed standards and service levels
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product Research, Business Analysis, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure alignment and execution of partnership goals
  • Lead regular supplier reviews and provide actionable insights and updates to leadership
  • Build and maintain a robust supplier pipeline while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate partnership success
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging partnership models to drive innovation and continuous improvement
