Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years in EdTech Sales
  • Strong sales skills, including negotiation and closing strategies
  • Skilled at building rapport with customers through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and analyzing sales data for strategic planning
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Proficient in delivering web-based presentations and utilizing PowerPoint for impactful sales engagements

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong customer relationships by actively managing renewals, new business opportunities, and expansion efforts
  • Drive inbound and outbound sales activities by executing customer meetings and effectively managing inbound leads
  • Present product solutions effectively to various customer segments, both independently and collaboratively with leadership support
  • Develop and implement a segmented sales plan, leveraging automation to optimize efficiency and maximize outreach
  • Identify and capitalize on trends in inbound inquiries to refine messaging, improve engagement, and increase conversions
  • Build and maintain comprehensive product and sales methodology knowledge through ongoing training and professional development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer support, marketing, and product development teams to enhance customer experiences and retention strategies
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor pipelines, and ensure accurate forecasting
