Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in EdTech Sales with an Education background preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and analyzing sales data for strategic planning
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Skilled at building rapport with customers through effective communication and relationship-building
- Highly motivated and goal-driven, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Proficient in delivering web-based presentations and utilizing PowerPoint for impactful sales engagements
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet individual sales targets and drive revenue retention
- Build and maintain comprehensive product and sales methodology knowledge through ongoing training and professional development
- Manage and progress inbound sales leads with timely follow-ups and strategic engagement to maximize conversions
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor pipelines, and ensure accurate forecasting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer support, marketing, and product development teams to enhance customer experiences and retention strategies
- Present product solutions effectively to various customer segments, both independently and collaboratively with leadership support
- Maintain strong organizational habits and proactive account management practices to meet or exceed retention and sales goals
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in EdTech Sales with an Education background
