Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a B2B sales role
  • 2+ years of partnerships or channel sales experience
  • Relevant industry experience (SaaS, tech, or an aligned industry)
  • Proven sales track record
  • Clear experience developing and winning new channel and referral partners

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities to build a partner pipeline
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, negotiations, and ongoing support
  • Regularly communicate with partners to provide updates on product developments, marketing initiatives, and other relevant information
  • Prospect for potential new partners and convert into increased business
  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure successful partner integration and performance
  • Qualify opportunities from your SDRs, run the sales cycle and close the sale
  • Grow, maintain, and leverage networks to coordinate joint marketing and sales activities to maximise partner-driven revenue
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance against predefined KPIs and goals
  • Provide strategic input and recommendations to enhance the company’s partnership strategy and product offerings
  • Prepare and present regular reports on partnership progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management
