Summary

Join CookUnity's Growth Marketing Team as a Partnerships Associate and play a key role in scaling our affiliate program and strategic partnerships. You will assist in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns, collaborating with an external agency, and developing innovative partnership strategies. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in affiliate marketing, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to execute go-to-market strategies and contribute to driving key business results. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or related roles
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Detail-oriented, with a knack for analyzing data and providing actionable insights
• Someone who is very organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator and team player
• A quick learner and willingness to learn new platforms

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns, including performance analysis, trafficking, reporting, and invoicing
• Monitor competitor activity, identify industry trends, and propose innovative strategies to keep our affiliate program ahead of the game
• Collaborate with the external affiliate agency to ensure campaigns are running smoothly and effectively, troubleshoot issues, and support in pruning underperforming campaigns and identifying new strategic growth opportunities
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives to drive key business results
• Maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule
• Think creatively to propose out-of-the-box ideas for partnerships to differentiate CookUnity in the market
