Summary

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3+ years in partnerships, business development, or a related field, ideally with a focus on SaaS and/or agency environments
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful, strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate partner needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Team-Oriented: Collaborative with a strong commitment to helping team members and partners succeed
  • Drive: Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Outreach Strategies: Identify and pursue high-potential industry partners, developing customized outreach plans to onboard them to the programs
  • Partner Enablement: Create and manage enablement programs that provide partners with the training, tools, and resources they need to succeed with Brevo
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, fostering trust and alignment with our partner program goals
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create mutually beneficial revenue-driving opportunities with our partners
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use data and insights to measure partner performance, optimize enablement strategies, and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that partner needs and opportunities are aligned with the ENT line’s goals and program roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in French (FR), German (DE), or Spanish (ES) is a strong advantage!
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and performance tracking; experience with CRM and analytics tools is preferred
