Summary

Join LoyaltyLion's Partnerships team as a Partnerships Manager and play a key role in driving revenue growth. You will build and nurture relationships with Shopify agencies, generating qualified leads for the sales team. This involves proactive outreach, managing partner relationships, and showcasing LoyaltyLion's value proposition. You'll collaborate with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies and contribute to the company's ambitious growth targets. The role requires a proven track record in sales or partnerships within SaaS, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology. Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years in a Partnerships, Sales or Account Management role within SaaS (preferably in MarTech or working with eCommerce-focused accounts)
  • Experience exceeding a business development/sales target, with responsibility for establishing and developing relationships, communicating value and driving revenue
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and relationships in a high-velocity, high-volume environment with a focus on driving partner productivity
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Passionate about technology and its potential to drive business growth

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and connect with new agencies via LinkedIn messaging, emails, and calls
  • Manage relationships: Nurture a portfolio of partner relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
  • Build and manage your own pipeline and hit activity targets, including efforts to expand our list of agency contacts through regular lead enrichment
  • Drive partner growth: develop and execute long-term strategies to help partners achieve their growth objectives with LoyaltyLion
  • Showcase LoyaltyLion’s expertise: articulate the value of LoyaltyLion’s platform, differentiating it from competitors and demonstrating how it can improve partner’ profitability and business outcomes
  • Operate with revenue goals: be comfortable operating with revenue-focused objectives, ensuring partners contribute meaningfully to LoyaltyLion's growth
  • Qualify clients referred by agencies to create opportunities to hand off to the Account Executive team
  • Work closely with the market to ensure agencies have the best self-serve collateral to refer clients (merchants)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing to improve our sales processes and outreach strategies
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across Product, Sales and Support to ensure that opportunities and pain points within our Go-to-Market strategy for Partnerships are brought to the fore
