Partnerships Manager

You will collaborate with companies migrating to Arbitrum, collect external feedback, and drive alignment among internal stakeholders. This role requires industry experience in blockchain ecosystems, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong communication abilities. Requirements

• Industry insider experience and currently at, or have strong prior experience with blockchain ecosystems
• Strong passion and understanding of blockchain technologies
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to: identify, pursue, and close complex partnerships
• Experience in driving alignment from key internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions
• Ability to present and speak in public to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous work experience with a high-growth technology company
• Wide professional network and high reputation in the Web3 industry

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with CEX’s, working to deepen collaboration between the CEX’s products and the Arbitrum ecosystem
• Provide strategic advice to founders and team members of projects building on Arbitrum, especially TGE success, such as KOL, CEX, DEX and marketing strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with liquid funds and market makers
• Define and lead new consumer growth initiatives within the partnerships team to expand the reach of Arbitrum, working with Arbitrum foundation and Marketing teams
• Help shape our strategy by collecting external feedback and relaying it to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with companies in their migration to Arbitrum and/or network deployment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in business development within the crypto industry is a plus
