Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales
- Strong understanding of the tech industry, particularly in AI, SaaS, or data analytics
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify, qualify, and establish relationships with potential strategic partners, including technology companies, consulting firms, and other relevant industry players
- Manage existing partnerships, ensuring alignment with mutual goals and maximizing business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partner integration and success
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring clear and effective communication of terms
- Track partnership performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent Tellius and build new connections
- Stay current on market trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities
