Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 3 years of experience in a partnership marketing role
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Google Analytics, Marketing Automation Tools, and Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of the marketing technology and advertising landscape
  • Demonstrable experience in scaling partner marketing programs
  • Combination of creative and analytical skills to prove what programs are working – and present back your findings
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Extremely strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic and integrity that complement your ability to work independently
  • Self-starter who learns quickly takes ownership, and can navigate a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact with partner marketing leads and our Channel Sales Team, building and nurturing those internal and external relationships
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for new partnerships and continuously work to improve our channel partner program
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across owned, paid, and earned channels driving leads pipeline through referral partners
  • Create replicable processes, campaigns, automation tools, and resources to support and grow partner relationships
  • Craft compelling messaging and bespoke marketing materials for usage by key partners to promote the Payactiv offering
  • Working with our events manager, as well as Partner’s Events, Leads to developing and manage a calendar of joint events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management Teams to build Partner support plans and collaborative co-marketing efforts
  • Manage vendors with partner projects, including scope and timelines
  • Analyze and communicate results to rapidly scale successful programs and learnings
