Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing
- Marketing Automation Platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot) experience
- Proficiency in SEO/ASO, performance marketing, and product-led growth
- Expertise in growth marketing, acquisition, and team leadership with solid organizational skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Passion for growth and ability to adapt to the evolving cybersecurity landscape
- Experience in executing scaled marketing campaigns and analyzing CX flows
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience reporting results and KPIs to stakeholders
- Experience with test and learn marketing optimization and experimentation
- Proficiency in English + Spanish
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a comprehensive acquisition and growth marketing strategy to accelerate partner acquisition and revenue growth, ensuring alignment with Teramind's goals and objectives
- Drive marketing campaigns to help build pipeline, focusing on net new business, contributing to agreed objectives within the partnership's business plans; build and execute tactical channel programs that meet strategic objectives and KPIs considerations
- Create, translate (if available), and ensure all content, branding, messaging, and marketing materials reflect up-to-date knowledge of companies positioning and cybersecurity trends, technologies/market needs
- Develop digital marketing strategies to boost pipeline expansion and achieve partner business goals. Create and execute lead generation initiatives utilizing SEO, SEM, and various digital platforms
- Create and implement digital strategies in line with cybersecurity trends and company proficiency. Cultivate key partnerships, pinpointing market demands and cybersecurity developments
- Build and nurture partner relationships, presenting tailored solutions and content based on comprehensive market and technical knowledge
- Manage online presence on platforms like LinkedIn, X, etc optimizing content for market leadership
- Define and track key metrics and KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of acquisition and growth strategies. Deliver regular reports and insights to leadership, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with all necessary teams to optimize onboarding processes and boost partner engagement
- Manage budget allocation across acquisition channels, ensuring maximum ROI
- Nurture robust connections within our partner community by promoting engagement and building cooperative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to effectively implement marketing strategies
