Senior Growth Marketing Manager, B2B Partnerships

Summary

Join our team as a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager- B2B Partnerships and develop, execute, and own high-impact marketing strategies to drive demand from payers, brokers, employers, health systems, and PCPs. You will foster strong client relationships and establish Rula as a leader in mental healthcare. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Product, and Account Delivery. The ideal candidate possesses extensive B2B marketing experience, a deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, and the ability to influence key decision-makers. Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B Growth Marketing or Lead Gen experience including end-to-end campaign management
• 3+ years of Account Based Marketing campaign and Persona Based targeting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.)
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.)
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into simple, compelling messaging
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies aimed at generating payers brokers, employers, health systems and PCP demand
• Foster long-term client relationships
• Position Rula as a leader in the mental healthcare space
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including Commercial teams, Product, and Account Delivery)
• Own the marketing strategy from conception through execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare IT, health tech, or SaaS marketing
• Experience building B2B programs and campaigns from the ground up
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR) and industry-specific compliance requirements
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
