Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and productivity suites
  • Strong Notion and Google Suite proficiency (or willingness to learn) is a must
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and proper utilization
  • Develop and implement data aggregation strategies from various sources including team calendars, instant messaging, emails, and internal communication channels
  • Generate comprehensive reports on sales activities and pipeline status for team leads and executives
  • Continuously analyze and iterate on the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline operations
  • Collaborate with the partnerships team to implement and refine best practices
  • Procure relevant tools and software to help enhance partnerships team capability and efficacy
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the sales cycle
  • Assist in organizing key meetings and follow-ups based on CRM data
  • Provide administrative support to the partnerships team as required
  • Create, update, and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, product sheets, and case studies
