Requirements

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and text
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers as needed
- Provide accurate information and assist customers with questions, concerns, or issues
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Follow company policies, protocols and comply with HIPAA when handling PHI
- Update customer records in our EMR and pharmacy dispensing software
