Summary

Join Tebra's sales organization as a Sales Development Representative and play a crucial role in scaling company revenue. You will focus on setting high-quality meetings with medical practices nationwide, generating qualified leads through various prospecting methods, and building rapport with potential clients. This role is vital in increasing the overall productivity of the sales team by allowing Account Executives to concentrate solely on client meetings. Success is measured by daily activity metrics and monthly quota attainment. Demonstrate your skills by exceeding quota for two consecutive months. This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a sales or customer facing role
  • Success working remotely and a strong home setup
  • Grit, strong work ethic, coachable, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and a focus on self-development

Responsibilities

  • Set quality meetings with medical practices across the country
  • Participate in a mix of classroom-style learning as well as role-plays and practice
  • Generate qualified leads, prospect via cold calls, and establish the value of our platform
  • Build rapport and find your prospects’ needs
  • Be 100% responsible for generating your own prospects
  • Demonstrate mastery of skills at this level by exceeding quota for two months in a row

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of our sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Zoominfo
