Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Have proven experience in payment processing, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of subscription models and payment system mechanics
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Have the ability to identify patterns, trends, and discrepancies in payment data
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyze key payment KPIs to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate the final stages of the payment funnel to propose optimizations
  • Identify patterns in transaction success rates, decline reasons, and fraud attempts
  • Support subscription-based projects by analyzing payment performance and customer retention
  • Work closely with product and development teams to enhance payment workflows
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track payment performance metrics
  • Collaborate with payment service providers to optimize acceptance rates and reduce failures
  • Investigate and resolve payment-related discrepancies, chargebacks, and fraud incidents
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, payment technologies, and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with analytics software such as SQL or Power BI
