Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in credit card dispute and fraud analysis for e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of credit card processing and payment gateway operations (Stripe, Braintree, etc.)
  • Knowledge of compliance management in payment processing, including PCI-DSS and 3DS
  • Expertise in anti-fraud strategies and verification systems
  • Experience working with chargeback management systems, fraud detection tools, and payment optimization
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze credit card disputes and fraud cases, providing actionable insights to minimize chargebacks and fraudulent transactions
  • Support the e-commerce team in optimizing credit card processing operations to reduce transaction failures and improve approval rates
  • Ensure compliance with payment processing regulations and industry standards (PCI-DSS, 3DS, etc.)
  • Advice on implementation of anti-fraud strategies, including verification processes and fraud prevention tools for online payments
  • Conduct transaction failure analysis to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
  • Help the team to collaborate with payment gateways and to troubleshoot issues and optimize integration performance

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Stripe, or similar payment gateway specialization
