Requirements
- 3β5+ years in finance operations, payroll, or payment processing roles
- Familiarity with platforms like Deel, HiBob, Jibble, etc
- Understanding of global compliance for contractor payouts
- Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders in other departments
- Detail-oriented with high data accuracy
- Proficient use of AI agents to enhance workload efficiency
- Proactive problem-solver
- Strong communicator and organizer
- Manages multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Navigates ambiguity and builds new processes confidently
Responsibilities
- Own the contractor payment lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and accurate documentation
- Manage monthly and off-cycle payout processes
- Validate and reconcile payment inputs across systems and teams
- Respond to payment-related inquiries from internal stakeholders and external contractors
- Ensure global compliance with tax, employment, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
- Prepare audit documentation and maintain controls for payout-related processes
- Partner with Finance, People, and Legal teams to improve data flow and automation between platforms
- Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvement initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date best practices and documentation of payout processes
- Collaborate with Finance and People teams to ensure smooth payment execution
- Partner with the Revenue Accounting team on month-end close activities related to contractor expenses
