Summary

Join Envato as a Fraud & Payment Specialist and contribute to a thriving creative community. You will analyze fraud alerts, work with payment providers to resolve disputes, advise users on fraud-triggering actions, and respond to finance-related inquiries. Collaborate with support teams to improve processes and share knowledge with team members. This role requires online e-commerce experience, fraud analyst experience, familiarity with fraud-related tools, and understanding of chargeback systems. Excellent English and Spanish communication skills are essential. Requirements

  • Online E-commerce experience
  • Experience working in a Fraud Analyst role
  • Previous experience with fraud-related tools: Falcon, Riskified, Kount, or similar
  • Understanding the chargeback system with banks
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy and Excel knowledge
  • Excellent English and Spanish in both written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing fraud alerts raised by the system and applying required actions such as disabling fraudulent buyers and authors
  • Working with payment provider's resolution centers to dispute claims where necessary
  • Advising users when fraud-triggering actions had been applied
  • Answering ad hoc finance, support and fraud-related tickets raised by users
  • Work collaboratively with support to improve processes related to finance
  • Replying to author’s/customer’s queries regarding payments
  • Sharing and collaborating with other team members as well as the wider Envato team members
