Payments Account Manager

Requirements

• Experience in payments sales or customer service
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales
• General understanding of merchant underwriting and risk management
• Ability to read and understand merchant statements

Responsibilities

• Customer rate reviews
• Manage pended accounts in the underwriting process; coordinate with Payment Sales, Underwriting and Merchants to move deals to approved status
• Work with our customers on our legacy payments platform who desire to convert
• Various monthly reporting and reconciliation
• Outbound calls to existing software users not using our payments feature with the intent of gaining interest and setting an appointment for a Payment Specialist
• Work to increase GMV of existing customers to increase share of wallet
