Junior Management Accountant

Requirements

• Have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in a finance-related role
• Possess a good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Be analytical, love navigating large data sets, and trying to solve challenging problems
• Be able to work with a high level of accuracy and actively communicate in relation to deadlines
• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be good at planning ahead, problem-solving, analytical and a critical thinker
• Be enthusiastic and self-motivated and thrive when working in a fast-paced environment
• Be reliable, organised, and calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries in NetSuite
• Prepare monthly / quarterly balance sheet reconciliations in Numeric
• Help set-up new processes, and brainstorm efficient and effective solutions to streamline reconciliations
• Assist with the year-end audit process and ad-hoc projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Have NetSuite experience
• Have experience working in a multi-national / multi-currency, global Tech businesses
• Have or are working on an accounting credential
