Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in content creation, communications, or related fields
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and make continuous improvements to training programs
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (e.g., Notion, Zendesk)
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Writes and speaks fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Create and manage payroll-related content for various platforms (Notion, website, social media). Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively disseminate payroll information. Engage with and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Training Design and deliver training programs for various audiences on payroll processes, tools, and strategic initiatives. Identify knowledge and skill gaps and create user-friendly guides, documents, and videos. Facilitate learning sessions to address identified gaps
  • Project Support Support payroll projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Preferred Qualifications

Not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
