Summary
Join Strapi, a leading open-source Headless CMS company, as a People & Talent Apprentice. This 12-24 month apprenticeship, based in France, will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions. You will support the People team in recruitment, payroll, HR operations, internal communication, and event management. The role involves close collaboration with senior HR managers, offering a unique opportunity to explore HR in a tech start-up. You will assist with recruitment processes, update HR systems, support payroll, and contribute to internal communications and events. Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field at a French university or school, through an apprenticeship (alternance) or professional training contract
- Fluent in English โ all internal communication is done in English across our international team
- A first experience or strong interest in recruitment and in the tech/start-up environment
- Curious about how AI and automation can support HR practices
- Love a challenging and dynamic environment
- Organized, people-focused, and eager to learn across multiple HR topics

Responsibilities
- Help hiring managers in their recruitment processes: job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Communicate with candidates across channels with professionalism and care
- Assist hiring managers in tracking pipelines and organizing recruitment campaigns
- Use digital tools like LinkedIn, Notion, Slack, and our ATS (Lever) to streamline operations
- Update HR systems (Zelt) and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks (checklists, documentation, logistics, automation)
- Support our payroll preparation process in various countries
- Help ensure all employment records are compliant and well-organized
- Draft and publish HR communications across internal Slack channels
- Support company rituals and initiatives that celebrate Strapiโs culture of care
- Help organize both remote and in-person team events (e.g., Strapi retreats, onboarding sessions, social moments)
- Collaborate on HR projects such as diversity, well-being, people analytics, or documentation
- Bring your own ideas and curiosity to help improve the employee experience
