Summary

Join Sleek, a fast-growing FinTech company, as a Payroll Executive and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for multiple clients. You will manage payroll data, process transactions, address client queries, and maintain adherence to Singaporean labor and tax regulations. This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent client service, and efficiency. You will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Singaporean payroll regulations and processes, consistently achieve high client satisfaction, and maintain high gross profitability of payroll services. Meeting payroll deadlines and collaborating effectively with the team are crucial. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of payroll processing experience, preferably in an outsourced environment, and be located in the Philippines.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in payroll processing, preferably in an outsourced environment and you will most likely be located in Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll for multiple client organisations
  • Manage payroll data
  • Process payroll transactions
  • Address clients’ queries
  • Ensure that all payroll activities adhere to labour and tax regulatory standards in Singapore
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Singapore’s payroll regulations and processes
  • Consistently achieve a high level of client satisfaction through prompt and accurate reporting and problem resolution
  • Consistently ensure that their portfolio value and profit margin maintains a high gross profitability set by Sleek
  • Ensure that the agreed payroll deadlines for all clients are based on given service level agreements (SLAs) and statutory requirements
  • Ensure that 100% payroll, CPF and income tax are completed by agreed deadlines
  • 100% team collaboration and communication: Effective communication and collaboration with team members, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations
