Payroll Implementation Consultant

Summary

Join our team as a Payroll Management Support Specialist responsible for providing daily administrative support in testing our Workday environment set for go live 4/1/25. This position requires extensive knowledge of USA Payroll, multi-state taxation, and strong communication skills with at least 10+ years' experience processing payroll.

Requirements

• Must have UAT/Test payroll execution in UAT environment, 15,000+ employees
• Extensive knowledge of USA Payroll especially compliance rules (FLSA, tax calculations, earnings, deductions, pay groups, costing allocations, running Workday payroll reports, audit alerts, approval processes and security rules)
• Multi-State/Locality taxation (all 50 states)
• EIB transaction data uploads
• Audit processing experience to compare configurations and other required information
• Ability to create test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact and collaborate effectively with existing Workday/KPMG implementation consultants
• Problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
• Experience Level: 10+ years’ experience processing payroll, manager level required. 7+ years’ Workday SME experience
