Payroll Implementation Consultant

Summary

Join WorkWave as a Payroll Implementation Consultant and play a key role in transitioning mid-to-large Cleaning, Security, and FM Contractors to the Templa CMS ERP Solution. This multifaceted position involves project management, business analysis, system configuration, and client training. You will be responsible for the entire transition journey, including business process improvement. A strong understanding of payroll and award interpretation is crucial. You will collaborate closely with the Timegate+ Department and contribute to a global business delivering innovation to the FM sector. Requirements

• Possess strong experience working in a Payroll department OR strong experience in running Payroll implementation projects
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Award Interpretation concepts (specific awards not required)
• Possess project management skills
• Show openness to working in a changing & growing business
• Exhibit willingness to contribute and help improve internal processes
• Have the ability to communicate clearly (verbal & written)
• Proficiency with MS Office & G-Suite products

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis & business process reviews (BPR)
• Manage projects and scheduling activities
• Design and implement a project training plan
• Deliver end-user training and train-the-trainer programs
• Configure the system to meet requirements gathered in the BPR
• Collaborate with sister product Implementation Consultants to coordinate delivery
• Implement data collection plans & data imports
• Utilize project management software to ensure consistent governance
• Provide go-live and tier 2 support
• Build strong relationships internally and with clients' staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess MS SQL Server skills
• Have an understanding of Accounting principles
• Have an understanding of Payroll principles
• Have an understanding of Cleaning, Security or FM Companies
