Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for the United States, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Develop and implement payroll strategies that align with company goals and North American regulations
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all US payroll matters, offering guidance to the team and other departments
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing payroll team
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and support professional development
  • Foster a collaborative environment, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
  • Lead client-facing payroll implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to client requirements
  • Consult on complex payroll-related client inquiries, providing expert solutions and advice
