Payroll Manager

Summary

Join Netskope's team as a fully remote Payroll Specialist in Costa Rica, supporting North and South American teams. This role requires 7+ years of payroll experience, excellent analytical skills, and in-depth understanding of payroll regulations. You will ensure compliance with payroll laws, maintain payroll records, review data, prepare reports, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with HR and Finance. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and time management skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and CPP certification is a plus. Requirements

• 7+ years of payroll experience

• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
• In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws
• Bachelors degree or equivalent payroll experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll wage and hour laws; best practices
• Maintain and update payroll records and systems
• Review and verify payroll data, including timekeeping records, deductions, and benefits
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll-related questions
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams on employee compensation, benefits, and tax matters
• Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• CPP certification is a plus, but not required
• Experience running managed payroll vendor models, processing payroll(s) from end-to-end
• Bachelors degree preferred
