Payroll Specialist

Summary

Join Omnipresent, a global employment platform, as a Payroll Subject Matter Expert. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for international employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments while maintaining compliance with global regulations. This role requires at least 5 years of EMEA payroll experience, in-depth knowledge of international payroll laws, and proficiency with payroll software. Preferred qualifications include bureau payroll experience (EOR and/or PEO). Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll operations
• In-depth knowledge of international payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency with payroll software and systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for international employees, payroll system approvals, timely payments and ensuring payroll compliance with all local, regional, and international regulations and standards
• Stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to processes and systems
• Manage internal and external payroll inquiries clearly in terms a non-payroll expert can understand, providing guidance and support to other departments and clients regarding payroll-related issues
• End to end payroll processing in house

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years EMEA payroll experience
• Bureau payroll experience is preferred (EOR and/or PEO experience is advantageous)
