Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll operations
- In-depth knowledge of international payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency with payroll software and systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for international employees, payroll system approvals, timely payments and ensuring payroll compliance with all local, regional, and international regulations and standards
- Stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to processes and systems
- Manage internal and external payroll inquiries clearly in terms a non-payroll expert can understand, providing guidance and support to other departments and clients regarding payroll-related issues
- End to end payroll processing in house
Preferred Qualifications
- Bureau payroll experience
- EOR and/or PEO experience
