Payroll Specialist

Join Omnipresent, a global employment platform, as a Payroll Specialist with at least 5 years of French payroll experience. You will be a subject matter expert, overseeing accurate and timely payroll processing for international employees, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, managing inquiries, and staying updated on payroll law changes. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll operations
• In-depth knowledge of international payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency with payroll software and systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for international employees, payroll system approvals, timely payments and ensuring payroll compliance with all local, regional, and international regulations and standards
• Stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to processes and systems
• Manage internal and external payroll inquiries clearly in terms a non-payroll expert can understand, providing guidance and support to other departments and clients regarding payroll-related issues
• End to end payroll processing in house

Preferred Qualifications

• Bureau payroll experience
• EOR and/or PEO experience
