Summary
The job is for a Data-Driven HR Professional in a fast-growing tech company, Malt. The role involves managing people data analytics, HRIS, and compensation & benefits. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Data analytics/Compensation & Benefits, or a combination of both
Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting people data from various sources (HRIS, surveys, performance systems, etc.)
- Translate data into actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making across various HR functions (talent acquisition, engagement, retention, etc.)
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key workforce metrics and trends
- Manage and maintain the company's HRIS system (BambooHR), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security
- Configure and customize the system to meet evolving needs and business requirements
- Implement system upgrades and troubleshoot technical issues
- Train and support People Ops team on system usage and best practices
- Support automation & follow-up key automation projects with our teams, between BambooHR x their tools (Lever, Okta, Travelperk, Pigment, Netsuite, Figures, Jira etc.)
- Partner with IT to ensure system optimization and integration
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Handle compensation review cycle
- Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits
- Support the stock options administrative process
- Administrate & update our C&B tool (Figures)
