Summary

You will also oversee office management and support strategic HR projects, including leading hiring processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role within a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Data-oriented mindset and high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and experience with payroll processing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency in HR software, ATS for hiring, and general tools
  • Fluent in Spanish and a high level of English

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Mexican and Colombian labor laws
  • Manage benefits administration, including health insurance and other employee perks
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, addressing questions on policies, benefits, and HR processes
  • Manage employee files, contracts, and HR systems to ensure accurate records
  • Develop initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Plan and execute team-building events, workshops, and activities to boost morale and engagement
  • Gather regular feedback on employee experience and propose improvements
  • Oversee office management tasks, ensuring a well-organized, clean, and functional workspace
  • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and building management for smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Support the development and execution of Strategic HR projects (e.g. annual performance assessments and feedback processes)
  • Lead hiring processes, from posting job descriptions to onboarding new hires
  • Track and analyze HR metrics, providing insights to leadership for continuous improvement
