Summary
Join Fenergo's People & Places team as a key member driving strategic people initiatives and supporting organizational growth. Collaborate with functional leaders and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with company OKRs. Focus on organizational change, process optimization, and contributing to the design and adoption of people programs for efficient scaling. Lead projects from conception to delivery, partnering with multi-disciplinary teams to analyze challenges and implement tailored frameworks. Partner with functional leaders on headcount planning, embed a high-performance culture, ensure fair compensation, and champion continuous learning and development. Execute company-wide people programs, act as the voice of employees, and contribute to the design of key People Programs.
Requirements
- Degree in business or related field
- Experience in a Consulting, Business Analyst or Business Partner role
- Proven experience supporting organisational change initiatives
- Proven track record to manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to delivery
- Skilled in designing and implementing tailored solutions for diverse functions
- Expertise in high-performance culture and process improvements
- Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- Analytical problem-solver focused on impactful results
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and strategies
- Experienced coach for leaders and managers
- Adaptable, proactive mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Committed to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from conception to delivery, collaborating across functions and geographies to achieve business goals
- Partner with multi-disciplinary teams to analyse challenges, design and implement tailored frameworks addressing functional needs
- Use data insights to identify trends, optimise processes and enhance organisational performance
- Partner on organisational change such as org design, process improvements, and scaling strategies, ensuring stakeholder readiness and adoption
- Shape and support the rollout of new People solutions and systems, ensuring user adoption
- Partner with functional leaders, finance, and operations on effective headcount planning
- Embed a high-performance culture by supporting the adoption of the Perform Framework
- Ensure fair and motivating outcomes through the use of market data to inform competitive hiring, compensation and performance decisions
- Ensure every hire counts through high hiring standards, supporting leadership interviews and effective onboarding
- Partner with leaders to address employee relations matters fairly and effectively
- Plan and deliver engagement and recognition initiatives tailored to functional needs
- Coach managers and leaders, championing continuous learning and development
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and to streamline ways of working
- Leverage commercial insights and people data to drive informed decisions
- Lead the execution of company-wide people programs with a focus on Last Mile Delivery, ensuring successful rollouts and stakeholder engagement
- Act as the voice of our employees, contributing to the design and refinement of key People Programs such as CORE, Perform with Purpose, Engagement, and talent initiatives
- Champion a high hiring standard by participating in leadership interviews and supporting effective onboarding of new leaders
- Contribute to a knowledge-sharing community within the Strategic Partner team, promoting best practices and ongoing learning
