Summary
Join Mito, a rapidly growing company with over 200 employees, as their new People & Culture Advisor! Support two business units, collaborating with team leads on various HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations to performance reviews and team dynamics. You will be a key player in improving processes and creating a positive work environment. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and offer preparation. Develop and deliver internal training programs focused on soft skills and company culture. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and organization. This role requires strong HR generalist experience, expertise in Hungarian labor law, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- An HR generalist, advisor or a recruiter background (ideally 2-3 years)
- A decent amount of experience in recruiting for various digital or tech related roles (e.g. product managers, digital project managers, UX designers, business analysts, frontend developers, ballet dancers, kindergarten teachers, etc.)
- A sense of ownership. We won't tell you how to do your thing: you're the expert and we will rely on you to complete our hiring needs and improve our processes while you’re at it
- Ability to handle complex situations with empathy and patience and understand the needs of the team leads as well as other (and future) team members. Beekeepers welcome
- A strong understanding of Hungarian labor law and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Tech savvyness and an analytical mind - yes, we love facts and reports as a strong base for our operation. There’s nothing more beautiful than feelings expressed in a spreadsheet
- You’ll need to speak HR in both English and Hungarian – fluently in one, natively in the other
Responsibilities
- Being the supporting foundation to team leads when it comes to employee relation matters: remember this is your domain and your experience and expertise will always be heard and appreciated (pinky promise)
- Working with our entire People and Culture team on everything from performance management to policy and process improvements
- Cascading HR initiatives, changes and useful information to your dedicated units
- Follow-up the onboarding, integration, and well-being of the newcomers. You will be an essential part of the team, escorting our people through their whole journey
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including preparing job descriptions, advertising, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing employment offers
- If you feel that you have any further ideas about how we could be more efficient and well-organised, we are always ready to listen
- Plan and deliver internal trainings focused on soft skills and strengthening our company culture – whether it’s about communication, giving feedback, or enhancing collaboration, you'll be the one helping our teams grow not only in efficiency but in meaningful human connections too
