Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of experience in a People Operations role
  • Be a people person. Thrive in a role that allows you to serve others, and enjoy interacting with people across all levels of the organization

  • Take ownership, are eager to learn and grow, and have the drive to do so

Responsibilities

  • Welcome new members of the Rocket Money team by executing on and evolving an effective onboarding process
  • Assist in creating monthly engagement plans, creative team events, team member lifecycle recognition programs, team-building activities, etc. to support our remote team
  • Enhance internal communication strategies to highlight the achievements and updates across all Rocket Money business areas
  • Drive initiatives that bolster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace
  • Highlight and promote access to professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Rocket Companies to champion their wellness resources within Rocket Money
  • Engage in ad hoc engagement projects as needed, working alongside the Senior People and Culture Operations Generalist to address unique organizational needs
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by embodying the company’s values, welcoming feedback, and encouraging others to do the same
