Requirements

• Have 3-5+ years of People Ops and/or Recruiting experience in startup environments
• Take a data-driven approach to your outreach and the evaluation of new opportunities
• Thrive in dynamic settings and are self-driven to add value and solve new challenges
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you can drive conversations with prospects forward by identifying clear next steps, even in uncertain conditions
• Like collaborating with teams across the organization. You stay intellectually honest, challenge others without ego, and believe that the best solutions only emerge when everyone brings their perspective to the table

Responsibilities

• Build a full-cycle talent funnel for recruiting, training, and retention
• Ensure compliance with state and federal HR regulations
• Develop and implement curricula to help standardize onboarding
• Help build development programs to foster a sense of community and company culture
• Plan and execute on team and company off-sites
• Contribute to a performance-driven culture by helping implement incentive systems
• Establish a strong talent brand by leveraging content marketing and social media
• Serve as a go-to resource for industry insights and best practices
