Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an People Ops coordinator or relevant human resources position
  • Customer service orientation with high attention to detail and follow through
  • People Operations experience partnering with People functions (Compensation, Payroll, etc)
  • Proven commitment to providing exceptional customer service with high attention to detail and follow through
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g.Workday)
  • Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and consistently exercise good judgment in dealing with a variety of sensitive situations and issues

Responsibilities

  • Provide a remarkable employee experience by Managing Tier 1 cases from our People email in-boxes, addressing employees requests and triaging with other functions as appropriate
  • Actively manage our inbox volume, ensure timely resolution and meet our SLAs. Provide support to employees and collaborate with the wider People Operations and other cross functional teams to ensure a remarkable employee experience
  • Process transactions in the HRIS with focus on accuracy and completeness
  • Act as DRI for one of our key processes
  • Review "As Is" People Ops transactions and reporting processes with a continuous improvement and automation mindset, submit 1+ recommendations per month on whether changes, including further automation, can be made to improve the process and partner with cross functional teams on implementation
  • In partnership with the HRIS team, identify opportunities to improve and automate People Ops processes
  • Collaborate in entry-level cross-functional projects in support of our key priorities
  • Maintain online employee records and conduct audits as needed to ensure compliance
  • Generate People reports and take action as needed
  • Support Global Mobility and Immigration team with new hire paperwork and keeping employee records up to date
  • Maintain internal People Ops wiki pages
  • Prepare documents and materials for people related programs and initiatives
