People Operations Expert

Summary

The job is for a People Operations Expert/Senior HR Manager at iDeals, a global B2B SaaS company with over 1 million users worldwide. The role involves supporting the Ukrainian team (60% of headcount) and ensuring high-quality HR solutions. The position is remote from Kyiv or Lviv.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Ukrainian is necessary for building trust within our diverse team
• Passionate and adaptable leader with a proven track record (5+ years) in HR, Operations, or a similar role
• Experience in project and crisis management
• Hands-on HR budget forecasting and management experience
• Experience in administrative and event management

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support during challenging times, such as addressing concerns related to the war, conscription, and other local dynamics
• Champion exceptional employee experiences by overseeing all stages of the employee journey
• Guide managers through sensitive situations, equipping them with necessary skills to conduct termination conversations with respect, care, and compliance
• Lead operational efficiency by overseeing administrative operations, organizing events, and covering daily HR requests within expected SLAs
• Develop clear, compliant policies and procedures that are easy to understand and implement
• Streamline HR operations by maintaining the HRIS and other HR tech, and contributing to cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience
• International expertise, working with HR matters across multiple countries
• Previous training in mediation or conflict resolution
• Experience with ticketing systems and HR service SLAs
