Summary

The job is for a People Operations Intern at Bloomreach, a global commerce experience company. The intern will manage hard copies of employment contracts, ensure compliance with legal requirements, handle onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with various teams. The internship is based in Bratislava or remote, pays 7 € per hour, and lasts for 90 days with potential for extension.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Excel and effective verbal and written communication skills (Slovak/Czech and English: both at least at B2 level)
  • University students preferred (3. or 4. year of study)

Responsibilities

  • Manage hard copies of employment contracts (printing, scanning, archiving, exchanging copies with employees in person and via post)
  • Ensure HR administration is in compliance with all legal requirements and processed effectively
  • Ensure fast & efficient on/offboarding and changes in the employee lifecycle
  • Actively cooperate on People departmental projects
  • Communication with employees on a daily basis, providing information to answer their questions
  • Coordinating mandatory trainings & background checks
  • Collaboration with Managers, Office Managers & Finance, IT and legal teams
  • Administration of the internal HR database - we run on BambooHR
