Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of HR experience with a strong understanding of US employment law
  • Bring hands-on experience managing people tech systems, including troubleshooting integrations like APIs, SFTPs, and other connections
  • Have worked in compliance-heavy environments and are familiar with Leave of Absence processes
  • Be proactive and action-oriented, with a knack for solving problems independently
  • Have top-notch analytical and numerical skills, and pay close attention to detail
  • Possess advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee tickets accurately and within SLA timelines for requests such as data changes, onboarding/offboarding, and reporting
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing employee experience
  • Administer US benefits, Leave of Absence requests, and exemption status updates
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for People Team policies, procedures, and local compliance matters
  • Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and reviews
  • Manage people tech systems, including system integrations, APIs, SFTPs, and other technical connections to ensure data flow and system functionality
  • Partner with internal teams globally to optimize and enhance system capabilities, driving efficiency and scalability
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within HR processes, continuously evolving workflows
  • Document processes for internal training and external self-service
  • Generate workforce reports on headcount, attrition, and other key metrics
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, and Sales Operations teams during payroll cycles
  • Support People Team initiatives, including time tracking, Leave of Absence programs, and building a Knowledge Management System (KMS) and policy repository
