Requirements

  • Experience as a Sr. People Ops Generalist or People Business Partner in a growth company and/or startup
  • Ability to self-organize and manage projects
  • Driven and resourceful, with a keen interest in advanced analysis, and research, and comfort in presenting in front of Executive Leadership, Boards, and contributors at all levels
  • Dexterity to juggle multiple clients, projects, and deadlines in an organized and timely fashion
  • The ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines both within and outside your direct control of influence
  • Aptitude to evaluate and implement new technologies and nimbleness to easily adapt to clientsโ€™ business stack and People Ops stack

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with CEOs and founders to build their business
  • Gain a deep understanding of clientsโ€™ business goals and people
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of systems and programs needed when building a People Organization from the ground up
  • Work on strategic programs like designing talent branding, talent acquisition, building culture, DEI/DEIB programming, evaluating and identifying total rewards packages, and working through employee relations issues
  • Advise leaders on organizational development, training development, resource planning, policy, and risk management
  • Act as a partner to the CEO and other members of the clientโ€™s team providing insight, innovative ideas, and data-driven solutions on critical HR issues including People, Talent, Culture, and Internal Communication
  • Establish the channels for and cadence of communications to inform, engage, connect, and inspire the clientโ€™s employee base
  • Draft, publish, and present policies, procedures, and best practices that amplify the clientโ€™s mission, vision, goals, and culture
  • Establish and continuously evolve scalable and progressive processes to improve onboarding, organizational effectiveness, employee development, and engagement
  • Design competitive, fair, and equitable compensation structures and benefits to support the clientโ€™s compensation philosophy while attracting and retaining great people
  • Automate processes and leverage best-in-class technology to scale the People functions and programs to drive engagement and efficiencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Merger/ Acquisition or IPO experience is a plus
  • Prior consulting experience is preferred but not required if you have supported a complex matrix organization
