• Strong understanding of HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and compliance with employment laws
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Experience in building employer branding and engagement strategies
