You will also foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in goal management across all organizational levels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing goal-setting processes, especially with the OKR methodology
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, enabling robust data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, articulate, and solve complex business problems leveraging strategic insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at various organizational levels
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, and a structured approach to problem-solving are essential
  • Ability to comfortably read, produce, and present complex materials in English

Responsibilities

  • Redesign and manage our OKR-based goal management framework, ensuring alignment between individual, team, and company objectives
  • Develop and facilitate strategic conversations with senior leadership to align and validate OKRs, ensuring strategic coherence
  • Create analytical reports and dashboards to track goal progress, providing insights to leadership to enhance decision-making and strategy alignment
  • Assess and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of OKRs, ensuring ambitious yet attainable goal-setting practices
  • Influence stakeholders through effective communication, guiding leaders to set clear, measurable, and strategically aligned goals
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in goal management across all organizational levels
