Requirements

• Proven experience with Performance Management products
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and strong analytical thinking
• Ability to identify, articulate, and solve complex problems using business knowledge
• High standards for analytical accuracy and quality in decision-making
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable reading, producing, and presenting materials in English

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Performance Management process, from design through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic business vision
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance our performance cycles, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions that improve clarity, effectiveness, and employee engagement
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making processes
• Ensure consistency and transparency in our performance evaluation frameworks, criteria, and communications
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the People team to align performance outcomes with broader talent strategies
• Proactively identify trends through data analysis, recommending targeted interventions for talent development and organizational effectiveness
