People Programs Manager

Summary

Join Uniswap Labs as an experienced People Programs Manager to design, implement, and optimize key People programs that enhance employee experience and engagement. Requirements

• 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work in our New York City based SoHo offices
• Proven track record of managing People programs with measurable impact on employee engagement and business success
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret People data and translate insights into action
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in common people/HR software (HRIS, Lattice, Google Suite)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage People programs focused on employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management
• Act as a key partner to People Business Partner, People Ops, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution
• Analyze data and employee feedback to assess program effectiveness, recommending improvements based on insights and industry best practices
• Partner on change management efforts related to People program rollouts, ensuring clear communication and adoption across the organization
• Support Uniswap in being an inclusive space through initiatives, integrating DEI principles into People programs
• Partner with People leads to develop scalable strategies that enhance employee experience and drive business outcomes
• Stay updated on People trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously evolve People programs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a growing or evolving organization is a plus
