Requirements
- 5 years of related experience with a Bachelorโs degree; or 3 years and a Masterโs degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work in our New York City based SoHo offices
- Proven track record of managing People programs with measurable impact on employee engagement and business success
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret People data and translate insights into action
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in common people/HR software (HRIS, Lattice, Google Suite)
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage People programs focused on employee engagement, learning & development, and performance management
- Act as a key partner to People Business Partner, People Ops, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution
- Analyze data and employee feedback to assess program effectiveness, recommending improvements based on insights and industry best practices
- Partner on change management efforts related to People program rollouts, ensuring clear communication and adoption across the organization
- Support Uniswap in being an inclusive space through initiatives, integrating DEI principles into People programs
- Partner with People leads to develop scalable strategies that enhance employee experience and drive business outcomes
- Stay updated on People trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously evolve People programs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a growing or evolving organization is a plus
